- Activate Scuttlemutt by tapping it, adding two {U}{U}.
- Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying {U}, untapping Scuttlemutt.
- Repeat.
- Once you have infinite blue mana, you may repeat for infinite colored mana.
