- Whenever a player casts a noncreature spell from their hand, Possibility Storm triggers, exiling that spell.
- Because Deafening Silence prevents players from casting more than one noncreature spell each turn, players cannot cast a noncreature spell permitted by Possibility Storm, or any other noncreature spell that turn.
