Steps
- Cast Croaking Counterpart by paying its mana cost, targeting a creature you control.
- Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying {2}{U}{U}.
- When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Croaking Counterpart, targeting Naru Meha.
- Resolve the copy of Croaking Counterpart, creating a token copy of Naru Meha that is a 1/1 Frog.
- Put the Naru Meha token into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
- Repeat from step 3.
