Steps

  1. Cast Starfall Invocation by paying {3}{W}{W}, choosing to promise an opponent a gift.
  2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying {2}{U}{U}.
  3. When Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Starfall Invocation.
  4. Resolve Starfall Invocation, causing an opponent to draw a card, then destroying all creatures and returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat from step 3.
