Steps
- Activate Ghave's first ability by paying {1} and removing a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
- The Saproling enters the battlefield, triggering Juniper Order Ranger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Juniper Order Ranger and the Saproling.
- Activate Ghave's first ability by paying {1} and removing a +1/+1 counter from the Saproling.
- Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Saproling, adding {1}.
- Resolve the Ghave ability, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
- Repeat from step 2.
