Steps
- Cast Angel's Grace by paying {W}, preventing you from losing the game this turn.
- Cast Transcendence by paying {3}{W}{W}{W}.
- Transcendence triggers due to you having 20 or more life. However, you cannot lose the game due to Angel's Grace.
- Step 3 repeats in an infinite loop, causing the game to end in a draw if it isn't interacted with.
How to execute this combo
The "Transcendence + Angel's Grace" combo takes 4 steps in order. Make sure you have the mana open and permanents listed in the prerequisites before you start — opponents can respond between steps.
The end result: Draw the game.
Practice the line offline: lay out the cards, walk through each step, and note where you can lose the combo (summoning sickness, lack of priority, removal on a key permanent). In game, announce each step clearly; in casual play you can offer to shortcut after demonstrating the loop.
