Prerequisites

Thornbite Staff attached to Pirate Ship. Pirate Ship does not have summoning sickness. You have a way to give Pirate Ship deathtouch. Thornbite Staff attached to Pirate Ship. Pirate Ship does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

  1. Activate Pirate Ship by tapping it, targeting any creature an opponent controls.
  2. The creature's ability triggers, causing its controller to sacrifice it.
  3. When the creature dies, Pirate Ship triggers, untapping Pirate Ship.
  4. Repeat.
  5. You may repeat this loop whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.
  6. Give Pirate Ship deathtouch, if needed.
  7. Activate Pirate Ship by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to any creature an opponent controls, and destroying it due to Pirate Ship's deathtouch.
  8. When the creature dies, Pirate Ship triggers, untapping Pirate Ship.
  9. Repeat from step 2.
  10. If the effect giving Pirate Ship deathtouch is a static effect, you may repeat this whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.
