Steps

  2. Holding priority, cast Lutri by paying its mana cost plus commander tax, if applicable.
  3. When Lutri enters, it triggers, copying Baral's Expertise, targeting Lutri.
  4. Resolve the copy of Baral's Expertise, returning Lutri from the battlefield to your hand, and casting Lutri from your hand without paying its mana cost.
  5. Repeat from step 3.
