Prerequisites
Jace's Archivist does not have summoning sickness. You control a permanent that can tap to produce at least {U}. A player has at least three cards in hand.
Steps
- Activate any mana-producing permanent you control by tapping it, adding {U}.
- Activate Jace's Archivist by paying {U} and tapping it, causing each player to discard their hand and draw cards equal to the greatest number of cards discarded this way.
- Activate Mind over Matter twice by discarding two cards, untapping Jace's Archivist and the mana-producing permanent.
- Repeat.
