- Inexorable Tide triggers, putting a charge counter on Gemstone Array.
- When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
- Activate Gemstone Array's second ability by removing a charge counter from it, adding {U}.
- Repeat.
